Lutz holds a degree in International Business Administration. After working in the product marketing division of a globally acting chemical company, he joined an international management consultancy as a project manager.

From 1998 until 2000 he worked as a Consultant to establish a Munich-based consultancy.

Since 2000, Lutz is the Managing Director and Partner of HiTec. He conducts searches in all areas of Healthcare & Consumer Electronics.

He is our project manager for International and European Assignments.
