Nadja holds a degree in International Business Administration. She has completed one part of her studies in the United States. Originally, she started working for HiTec part-time based during her studies in 2003.

Since 2005, she works as a full-time employee for HiTec.

Nadja conducts searches in the areas of medical devcies & consumer electronics. In 2009 she was promoted to a Consultant position.

Since 2014, she is also responsible for the proactive placement of candidates at potential new customers of HiTec.
