An international team of experts from the areas of medical technology, information technology and microsystems technology develops and markets high-tech products of implantable adaptive visual prosthesis. The company is accredited to ISO 13485 and emphasizes of process-oriented quality management. Due to the upcoming market launch of the system and to expand the organization of our client, we are looking for a

The position:

• As a quality engineer you ensure the quality of processes and products in the field of implants
• You define the product and process specifications and keep these up to date
• In cooperation with external suppliers you maintain and control the manufacturing activities
• You are in charge of the validation of internal and external processes and maintain product tests and studies in development and manufacturing of external product components
• You support the continuous quality improvement of implant components
• You are actively involved in the quality management system and you help to improve it continuously

Your profile:

• You posses work experience in quality management or quality assurance
• You have got an engineering degree or a comparable education in the field of medical devices combined with further training in quality management
• You are familiar with ISO 13485, ideally with class 3 products
• You have experience with the documentation of processes and writing quality procedures in English
• You work pragmatically and analytical with a focus on process optimized quality management
• You see yourself as a problem solver with an affinity to high-tech products
• You should be fluent in the company language of English
