The position:

• The managing director will direct the subsidiary to ensure optimum sales and profit across the UK
• The focus will be market development and sales team management
• In addition you will be overseeing every aspect of our new subsidiary
• Full profit-and-loss accountability
• You will intensify our relationship with key players, clinics and other professionals within the UK

Your profile:

• You have a proven track record of business development and directing sales efforts for the joint reconstruction business
• You have a comprehensive portfolio of contacts already established within the industry
• You have a strong managerial background
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You have a strong drive and ambition
• You consider yourself an entrepreneur and self-starter
