All of our executive search projects are carried out on a fixed fee base. Our consultants exclusively work on base of full retainer contracts. The fee components are always called off in a form corresponding to the performances provided and the progress of the project.

Assignments based purely on success, the placement of candidates in companies that are not our clients, and the presentation of candidates whom we do not know personally are methods that we reject as a general principle.
