Senior Sales & Market Manager EMEA (f/m)

The Company

We are recruiting for the EMEA Headquarter of a global player in medical devices located in Germany. Our client is one of the worldwide leading suppliers for monitoring, diagnostics and non-invasive hospital ventilation devices. The product portfolio includes best-in-class technologies for ultrasound, magnetic resonance, diagnostic ECG, clinical informatics, computed tomography, radiography, nuclear medicine, emergency and hospital care as well as the leading software solutions in those corresponding fields. About 120,000 employees worldwide realize a turnover of several billion Euro.

The Position:

  • You are in charge for the further development of sales and markets of the product portfolio of Patient Data Management Systems (PDMS) in hospitals within EMEA as a Sales & Market Manager with a special focus on quickly recognizing and securing arising opportunities
  • You support the direct sales force and field management by being the contact person for product presentations as well as tradeshows on a technical, medical and strategic business level
  • You furthermore support the direct sales force and field management with your internal interface management based on your excellent network by providing quick but reliable solution and answers to internal and external customers
  • As part of your network and relationship management you use your contacts within clinics and the industry to define opportunities linked to actual and future business
  • You are closely cooperating with the international service & sales management for training and education of direct sales force and for identifying market potentials
  • You are collecting competitive data and support the analysis to improve the strategic positioning of the products
  • You are identifying "big deals" and "must wins" and support the sales teams to close them in a successful fashion
  • You are showing your customers the perspectives and chances of PDMS solutions, train them and support new product launches
  • Reporting to the Director Sales Development

Your Profile:

  • You gained at least three years sales and marketing experience within a company in the field of hospital information systems - preferably PDMS solutions in the intensive care environment
  • You have alternatively first-hand experience as project manager with many PDMS projects and knowledge about processes and structures in intensive care environments in hospitals in general
  • You may already know the challenges of sales and market development in an international surrounding and mastered these successfully
  • You are willing to relocate weekdays to the headquarter in south-western Germany at least for the initial year
  • You are able to negotiate and doing product presentations on a high and international level as well as using your very good communication skills to conclude transaction
  • You are a creative, goal oriented, self-dependent and self-motivated person
  • You are well structured and enjoying teamwork
  • Your career steps should be characterized by reasonable minimum stays and success in comparable tasks
  • You are fluent in English - another language (like German) is a plus
