President/General Manager US Market (f/m/x)

The Company

Our client is the worldwide leader in global telemedicine services providing solutions for business areas like functional diagnostics regarding indications in the area of cardiology and for instance the monitoring of chronic patients, patients with cardiac insufficiency and symptoms of diabetes mellitus. Also the systems and services are able to monitor pacemakers and defibrillators and to support programs for weight reduction for obese patients. The software solutions concerning the documentation and data management can be seen on a unique level. More than 100 employees in the German headquarter and a headcount of 10 people in the US subsidiary are responsible for an above average growing business. In the process of expanding the medical business in the US market our client is looking for a highly motivated and sales oriented

The position:

  • Responsibility for all sales activities in the US to ensure optimum sales and profit
  • You are in charge of the whole organization including a call center, sales-, finance- and support department
  • Staff management and further development of each individual employee
  • Focus on the client side are hospitals and clinic cooperations as well as other facilities like health insurance funds and public organizations with a relation to health prevention
  • Business development will be one of your core challenges
  • Intensify relationships with key players, clinics and other professionals within the US
  • Your opinion and input will be required for further product development and you will be working closely with product management & marketing in the German HQ

Your profile:

  • Proven track record of implementing sales strategies and business development into the US market with a strong relation to the medical devices business especially with services
  • Strong sales background including superior achievements within his/her profession
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • High ethical conduct and personal integrity
  • You consider yourself an entrepreneur and self-starter with a high energy level, capable of working independently
  • Independent person - an achiever with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You communicate proficiently in English - any additional foreign language will be regarded as an interesting asset
